The Contract Opportunities Center invites you to take part in our Procurement Conference on August 12, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. MDT at 9050 Viscount Blvd. El Paso, TX 79925 in the Auditorium and Boardroom of the EPCC Administrative Services Center, Building A.

 

This conference is open to all businesses, contractors and vendors interested in contracting with government agencies. 

 

This conference provides a venue for local and regional businesses to network with federal, state, and local agencies and prime contractors. Historically, this conference has been a resource for government agencies and contractors to extend their outreach to West Texas and its veteran and commercial business community.

 

The following organizations and individuals should plan on attending this event:

  • Representatives of federal, state or local government agencies seeking to extend or continue outreach activities in the region.

  • Prime contractors seeking to identify potential subcontractors, teaming and joint venture partners.

  • Small business firms wishing to network with federal, state or local government representatives, prime contractors and other firms.

  • Individuals interested in taking advantage of training sessions on hot topics relevant to federal, state or local government contracting.

  • Representatives of firms interested in upcoming forecasted projects.

 

Government Registration: There are no registration fees for Government Funded Entities.  Government Funded Entities may register up 2 attendees and may include a booth at no cost.  Any Government Registration that includes more than two attendees will incur a $20 registration fee for each attendee beyond the initial 2 waived attendees. General Registration Fees:  The registration fee is $20 per person (presenters & panelists excluded). The registration fee includes continental breakfast. To register as a general attendee, visit the General Registration Page.

Booths will be available for federal, state or local government agencies, and vendors interested in personal and interactive market research opportunities as well as the opportunity to conduct a training workshop or present on forecasted projects, if interested.   
 

Booth Space: Requests for booth/exhibitor space must be received at the time registrations are submitted or no later than two weeks prior to the event.  There will be a fee of $50, for booth /exhibitor space, in addition to the $20 registration fee. Electricity is available for an additional fee of $20. Priority for booth/exhibitor space will be given to sponsors, government agencies, and government prime contractors. All others will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis as long as space is available.  All booths must be paid 1 week prior to the event.  Booth space is 8ft wide.  Any display that is wider than 8ft must be noted when registering so that proper accommodation can be made.  Please note that any display wider than 10ft may require the purchase of additional booth space.

 

Sponsorship Opportunities: Conference sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses seeking to highlight and market their firms to symposium attendees.
